  Artie's is one of the many restaurants that belong to the Great American restaurants chain. Each restaurant has their own specialties! Brunch at Artie's is definitely one of my favorites, great menu and always consistently good food. Looking forward to coming back again.

  Artie's was a good experience. The decor was very thought out and cool. Food was really good I got the salmon and my husband got the catch of the day, both were very good. Our only problem was that it was slightly more expensive than we originally thought (google rated it $$ it's probably $$$) they also don't offer as much food as chilles or some place like that. I got sword fish and grits and that's all that came with my dish. It wasn't very much food and we ended up getting dessert just to fill us. Beer was good, Cosmo was good. I highly recommend the salmon.

  We ordered food and it didn't come out right at all. Ended up not eating it, the manager Meredith took over. We brought to her attention that the food was cold and it wasn't the way we ordered the meat. She didn't do anything to make us feel better about the cold food and other issues and still ended up charging us the entire bill in full. As far as service is concerned and her being a manager and making us feel better, she did absolutely nothing. She doesn't even deserve a 1 Star let alone a management position... I should just stick with the competitors that are nice and friendly. Hey Meredith, did you know it's cheaper to keep a customer than to go aquire a brand new one? Ya, you wouldn't know anything about that... And it's not your fault I think the person who hired you should be fired!!!
  
  In the end, Poor Poor Service, cold food and worst handled situation by "Meredith the manager" a service industry could ask for. Best of luck!

  Perfect once again. Our family's favorite restaurant
  
  We had not been to Artie's in a few months so we went there for my birthday. As usual, it was packed because everyone else knows how great it is also. The service was impeccable. All servers were so friendly, helpful, and had the perfect balance of making sure you have everything you need/want while not hovering. The food was also delicious. Our table ordered two filet with Bearnaise sauce, both cooked a perfect med rare and melted in your mouth. Two steak salads where the steak was perfectly cooked yet again and all the fresh vegetables complimented the perfect balance of flavors. The spinach and artichoke dip was delicious and all the deserts.
  
  One thing to note, with the two steaks we ordered, I ordered the 8 oz. and my daughter the 6 oz. When they arrived, my daughters and mine looked the same size, both 6 oz. I mentioned it to the friendly waitress that brought us our food and she offered to bring me more steak or adjust the price down to the 6 oz. price. I opted for the more steak because it is so delicious. So whether they were both 6 oz. by mistake or the 8 oz. just looked small, they happily more than made up for it even if it just looked smaller.
